Kaleidoscope

You give me bits n pieces of crystals, I would try to get them against a light source to see how light gets through it...amazing reflections and refractions, it gives...

These kinda glass on windows are a delight to watch, especially if its dark inside.

I have never seen through a telescope...

I have came across a set of binoculars equipped with digital cameras covering decent distance...but I did see couple of telescopes too...trying to decide, which one to get!

I am not aware of the story of the movie "Hope Floats", except I remember that Sandra Bullock features in it...

On seeing anything that floats...I am reminded of the occassions when I had kept my hopes floating...

Under the blue sky...

Sometimes things don't turn out as we expected...many a times have to be content with what we have...stepping stones towards the wrinkles, I would say...

Like - would you believe that the output from the camera was like below, after transferring to my laptop...its one of my favorite shots and I had to crop it. I have no clue why it's happening and this is not the first one! Probably I need to format my memory card...

How gud it would have looked if it was in one single piece, I leave it to you...to imagine.

The Unknown Face...

We travel with hundreds of people, some known faces many unknown...

For those who are curious, I din't see her face...in the nearly two hours journey...I liked it this way...

Search of light *

Though I have stood like this for few seconds, its something that I dont prefer to do, not even in my dreams...

...saw this kid...standing still in the sun deck, with the deep & shining water below...staring into the distant hills...

A companion on a travel...

No one is willing to spend their little time...in their busy scehdule!

Even a bird in flight that accompanies me - makes me feel glad...

Far across the Sea...

It was my first time to an Island and it was an awesome feeling to have sailed across, the vast sea engulfing my fears...

Along the shore...

Venturing into...

The Sky was blue,

Sea was blue,

So was I...

I get really uncomfortable when I see water with a depth more than my height & with a bigger boundary. You can guess how I would feel when the travel has to be on it. I have skipped a few trips especially because they were to the islands.

But I knew that this trip of mine to Victoria is worth anything on the way. One more of those long desired kinda trips...will add the snaps in sequence from the trip.

So it was all set...

Deceptive ways...

When I was about to step on the trace left by the foot marks...

...a thought embraced me...

these were of the unknown...could be of those who were bound by their beliefs, driven by their goals, self-contented, self-less souls...

...having seen and learnt from the influence and experiences of the real life images, this thought stung me hard...no wonder - a life time leaves a trace forever...

Silence of the Lamp...

Silence is sometimes seen louder among chaos...
Like a light in darkness...

...While the highest frequency has the probability to be heard more, hopes are not engulfed by the slightest possibility of silence too, making an impact!

Not far away...

It's just a stretch...
